WhatsApp and phone contact
When you start a WhatsApp conversation with us, that conversation is handled through WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy terms in addition to this policy. We retain the enquiry content to service your request.
Sharing
We share information only with the parties needed to fulfil your enquiry — for example freight partners for delivery, or manufacturers where a construction has to be verified. They receive only what is necessary.
Retention
Enquiry and quotation records are retained for as long as needed to support the commercial relationship and to meet accounting or legal obligations.
