Terms of Supply
The commercial framework that applies to quotations, orders and deliveries.
Quotations
Quotations are issued against the specification, quantity and delivery location you supply. Copper is a traded commodity, so pricing is held for the validity period stated on the quotation and is re-confirmed after that point.
Orders
An order is accepted when we issue a written order acknowledgement referencing your purchase order or quotation number. Made-to-order and custom constructions cannot be cancelled once production is released.
Lead times and delivery
Lead times quoted are working days from order acknowledgement. Where a programme requires phased release, drum schedules and call-off dates are agreed in writing and delivery is coordinated against them.
Inspection and shortages
Please inspect drums and packages on receipt. Damage in transit or shortages should be noted on the delivery documentation and reported to us within five working days.
Documentation
Construction data, test results and compliance documentation are issued per batch where they form part of the agreed scope. Additional third-party testing can be arranged on request.
Warranty
Products are supplied to the construction standard stated on the quotation. Claims relating to manufacture are handled with the manufacturer; damage caused by incorrect installation, exceeding bend radius or pulling tension is excluded.
Returns
Unused standard stock items in original packaging may be returned by prior agreement. Cut lengths, drum ends and custom constructions are non-returnable.
